Your policy, billing, ID cards and claims all live in your Farmers.com account. Create it once and you can manage everything from your phone — and we are still here in Dallas if you would rather just call.

Setting the account up the first time
- 1Go to farmers.com/css/login and choose Register if this is your first visit.
- 2Enter your policy number, date of birth and ZIP code exactly as they appear on your declarations page.
- 3Create a username and password, then verify the email or phone number on the policy.
- 4Turn on paperless documents and, if you are not escrow-billed, set up autopay.

What you can do once you are in
- Pay a bill or set up automatic payments
- View and print auto ID cards
- Download declarations pages and policy documents for your lender
- Start and track a claim 24/7
- Add a vehicle or driver and request policy changes
- See your renewal offer before it bills
Just switched to Farmers?
There are two more things to finish after your new policy is issued: cancel the old carrier in writing, and make sure your mortgage company gets the new declarations page so escrow pays the right bill.
