- How fast can you turn around a quote for my buyer?
- One business day from receiving the property address, the closing date and the buyer's contact information. For new construction, send the builder plan and options sheet and we can size the dwelling limit correctly the first time.
- What do you need to issue a binder?
- The named insured exactly as it will appear on the deed, the property address from the survey, the loan amount, the mortgagee clause and loan number, and the scheduled closing date. We send the binder to title and the loan officer together.
- What happens if the closing date moves?
- We reissue the binder with the corrected effective date at no charge, same day. Just text us the new date — a mismatched effective date is one of the most common reasons funding gets held.
- Do you contact my clients after closing?
- Only as their agent. We do an annual coverage review and offer bundle and life options, and we always tell them who referred them.
